The Mother Nature

The nature is our mother. Nature gives us everything we need. Each creature finds whatever it is needed from the nature. They lead a natural life. There is no harm from the natural life. There is no harm for the nature from such a life. But when we take more than what we need from the nature, we are exploiting the nature.

All creatures except man are not greedy. They are satisfied from what they got and live comfortably. But what about man? He is exploiting the nature. He is greedy. He is not satisfied with what he has. This will upset the balance of nature.

He kills many animals for food and for recreation. So many kinds of animals are killed like this. Hence some animals face extinction and some have already disappeared from the face of the earth. Man is destroying the forests for getting the wood for building houses and industrial purposes. Hence very rare plants and animals are destroyed. The abodes of animals are destroyed. The destruction of trees and plants cause soil erosion. The rain is reduced. The atmospheric temperature is increased. The rains at the wrong time cause destruction of the crops. When the forests are destroyed, the wild animals will have no place to live in. Hence they come to the countryside and destroy the farms. They even kill the domestic animals. Even man is threatened by them. We must first understand that they need their habitat.

We should be aware that the nature is not for man alone. There are many kinds of creatures from small insects to blue whale. The earth is for all of them. All these creatures are necessary for the existence of humans, animals, birds and in all the nature. The destruction or abnormal increase of one of them will affect others. This will affect man also. So it is the duty of man to preserve and protect the nature. It will be not only for the good of other animals but also for the man for his existence.
